1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Returns Policy.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old or have legal guardian consent to purchase from Bull Metal.

  • Orders from outside India may incur additional customs/duties (buyer’s responsibility).

3. Product Information

  • Sublimation metal sheets are sold in standard sizes (e.g., A4, A3) and thicknesses (1mm).

  • Colors/designs may vary slightly due to monitor settings and production differences.

  • Custom orders are made as per customer specifications and cannot be modified once processing begins.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors or fraud suspicion.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors or fraud suspicion.

  • Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Delivery via Shiprocket partners (Delhivery, XpressBees, etc.) within 3–7 business days.

  • Track orders via the link provided in your confirmation email/SMS.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers or customs.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations allowed within 12 hours of order placement (except custom orders).
  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after return approval.
  • Custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on our website are owned by Bull Metal.

  • Unauthorized use of product images/designs is strictly prohibited.

8. User Responsibilities

                 * You must not misuse our website, engage in fraudulent transactions, or violate any laws.

                 * Do not misuse the website (e.g., hacking, spamming).

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Bull Metal is not liable for:

    • Delays due to logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters).

    • Damage caused by improper use of sublimation metal sheets

10. Termination

  • We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
