Shipping Policy 

 

1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom and bulk orders may take longer; we will notify you of any delays.
  • Estimated delivery time: Domestic (India): 3-7 business days

2. Shipping Partners & Shipping Charges

  • We partner with Shiprocket to ensure fast, reliable delivery through their network (Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, etc.).

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999.

  • Flat Rate: ₹60 for orders below ₹999.

3. Tracking & Support

  • Track your order in real-time via the Shiprocket tracking link sent to your email/SMS.

  • For delays or issues, contact us at (support@bullmetal.in).

4. Lost/Damaged Shipments

  • Report damaged/missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll coordinate with Shiprocket to resolve issues (replacement/refund).

 

Return & Refund

1. Return Eligibility

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Change of Mind: Return non-customized items within 3 days (unused, original packaging).

  • Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  1. Email: support@bullmetal.in with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Attach clear images/videos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  3. We will provide a return shipping label via Shiprocket or guide you on how to return it.
  4. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund/replacement.
  5. Free Pickup for defective/wrong items (via Shiprocket’s network).
  6. Self-Ship for change-of-mind returns (customer covers shipping).

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized metal sheets.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

4. Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI/Card/Net Banking): Refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer (provide IFSC, account details) within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer free replacements for:

    • Defective/damaged items.

    • Incorrect items shipped (our error).

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned product.
